The Happy Smiley Face by Diane Ogden
Truly I totally need to go shopping. I have several work outfits that I love, but one day my old washer malfunctioned whereas the bleach dispenser dispensed during the next load. That load being "not white." So all my cutsie little work outfits now have holes where there used to be fabric. Colored fabric no less. I stop at my bank with flesh showing thru the fabic of my cutsie little not so cutsie work outfits. I don't work in an office, but still....come on? I did go shopping and it was pure and simple robbery. I am going to get the RosettaStone learn to speak Chinese...just in case they take over....and I need to shop directly from them. Right now I pay Sam Walton's kids who ruined Wal Mart anyway, so why would I want to reward them? I don't. Soooo, the last time I was at the grocery store, I picked up a packet of iron on patches. Beige, blue, melon, white, and I forget the other color. No more flesh peeking thru at the bank tellers. But the patch was so darn obvious I decided to use my grand sense of humor, went for the markers and whalla....The Happy Smiley Face. I am now back in good graces with the kid tellers where I bank. They think I should be on the radio with my one liners anyway... Maybe I'll wear my Smiley shirt if I get to go there. Maybe not.
