The Rain Came...by Diane Ogden

The rains came today and shut the birds up! It has been such a wonderful relief from their fighting and war games at our complex. I suspect it has even given them a nice break to sit on their little nests and bond vs battle. It's a nice soft rain so no harm to all. Well, except the dog wont podie outside in the rain... not to worry, she has podie pads for rainy stormy days of the year. And gets a peanut butter treat for using them! I wish. I always wanted to go to New York...live in one of those Boston type Brownstones and walk around in a "little" black dress sometimes....hale a cab, not worry. Dream on honey cause dreams are just fine.
